Return & Warranty
You have 14 calendar days from delivery of the item purchased online to decide whether to keep it or not. And without having to justify yourself.
The object must be new, in its original packaging. If there are warranty seals on the box, these must be intact.
The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
When the product arrives in our warehouses, the refund of the object only will be triggered immediately via the initial payment method.
Two-year legal warranty (free) for all products
According to the EU rules, you are always entitled, free of charge, to a minimum guarantee of two years, whether you have made your purchases online, in a shop or by correspondence.
The two-year warranty begins upon receipt of the product.
- In some EU countries, you must inform the seller of the defect within two months of its discovery, otherwise you may lose your right to the guarantee.
- You have six months from the receipt of the product to show the seller that it is defective or not in accordance with the description.
- After six months, you must prove that the defect already existed at the time of receipt, for example by showing that it is due to the poor quality of the materials used.
- WARNING ! The law only applies to sales made to individuals. If, for example, you buy a laptop as part of your self-employment business (purchase with invoice and VAT number), you do not benefit from the legal guarantee.
The trader is still required to propose a solution.
